Developing any new project, we should settle on the issues such as the Technologies to use, Database Engine to employ, the Physical Architecture of the application etc.

Layers in the  .net programming.

1. Layer is Presentation Layer (Web Forms and Code behind Language as vb or C#).
   
2. Middel tier as Web services for ( Interanet and internet both) .
   
3. Business Logic Layer you can put Generalized classes of C# or VB.
   
4. Data Access Layer ( if you are using DataBase).
