Copying Contents by Chinese Website - How to deal with them?

I think there are ways to determine the geographic location where an IP address is registered for. That won't work for all but it will work for most IP addresses that most members will be using. You could require that members from certain IP address ranges must be logged in to view pages. Most members will either be logged in or won't mind logging in. If that is done based on IP address then it would inconvenience only a few members and not unreasonably so. I think Suthish's suggestion to determine frequently used IP addresses might work but it might be necessary to relate an IP address to a range of IP adresses. That would require additional processing but it could be done offline.

I tried to go to the page in www.wewill.cn and it was not working. Then I posted a comment here and the comment got eaten. Then I tried to go to the other page again and I got a status message saying that it was waiting for a response from c-sharpcorner.com. So evidently the web site was obtaining pages dynamically from this web site and evidently someone has blocked them.

I posted a long comment here and it got eaten. I think the Chinese government did not like my comments.

catch the ip addresses, who frequently visiting a new article and block them.
