  From my engineering days, I have been in love with Microsoft Technologies so much so that I worked hard to learn MS Technologies, worked harder on executing projects using it and I love to show off what I know hence I opted to become a trainer. I started training since 1997. I was probably the first Microsoft Certified in Hyderabad city in 1997 when I was certified as MCP for VC++ I have trained more than 60,000 individuals in the various technology tracks. Now I am Microsoft Certified Trainer.I think one of the good parts of my training sessions is my ability to engage attendees to such an extent that they can visualize the entire process of development as well as the end result. I always believed that with clarity of thought one can achieve anything. Over a period of time I found certain limitations in our classroom training in terms of geographical reach, hence I decided on providing rich training content online. Following are the portals I along with team of Deccansoft has developed. 1. www.bestDOTNETtraining.com & 2. www.bestAZUREtraining.com These are using LMS product developed in-house under my leadership, and today we have 45,000+ subscribers using these worldwide.I have worked closely with many IT companies and helped them with their technology resources training needs. This is the best part of my profession and I enjoy the most because I get to meet new people; get involved in the ever-changing technology needs and provide them with optimum solution to the problems they face in application development. This really helps me keep going and also motivate me to keep myself updated with latest technology in the industry.Today I actively scout for companies who wants utilize services of Deccansoft and benefit from my knowledge in training and consulting.
