Adding,Storing and retriving image from SQL SERVER 2005

Question

Hi everyone,i am creating a registration form and i need to be able to add the image to the form and while saving the data in the database it should store the path of the image in the database and also i should be able to retrieve the image while i am viewing the data..please help me.

am using visual studio 2010

sql server 2005 management studio express.
