all required files is not installing

Question

I run the command "ng new angular-project"

after it ask for routing i clicked yes

then its ask for styling iI choosed css 

 

\\then its starting loading file but idont know its not loading all files 

 

 

when it should be is 

 

 

 

just notice after second line after component.css (0 bytes) its missing in mine 

 

secondly 

when I see files in vs code I find that there was no tslint.json file I have tried everything reinstalling but don't know what to do ,

 

someone suggest how I can deal with it
