You should take RegularExpressionValidator .

So,you can use property of this this control:

runat="server" ErrorMessage="Your Partner's ProfileID should be numeric." ControlToValidate="txtPartnerProfileID"
Display="None">

than u can define in this way.

what kind of validation you need. Textboxs to allow only characters (AlphaNumeric) to enter or something else.
