You will have to configure some analytics to track this on your SharePoint site. May be a Google analytics.

Is it SharePoint Online or SharePoint On Premises?

Hi Venkatesh,

There is no OOTB way to get the list of users who accessed the site in last 90 days. One easy way is to build it custom. Add a javascript in your msater page, and log current user login everytime he logs in.
