Could not find file 'openFileDialog1

I use the search search to be successful and the stored image appears but when the update does not select a new image

I update any data other than the picture showing the error

: Could not find file 'openFileDialog1'.

When saving and updating

But the update may not always need the use of the openFDProfile

Where did you use: openFDProfile.ShowDialog() ??

Probably your are not setting openFDProfile.FileName and/OR your are not using .ShowDialog() method.
