Why we are using cursor in sql server rather than we know that a disadvantages of it ?

Hello Well its totally depends on your requirement that when to use and when to do not use Why we can use cursor ? In SQL procedures, a cursor makes it possible to define a result set (a set of data rows) and perform complex logic on a row by row basis.
