DataBase Create At Run Time

When first time your application starts

Fire Following query

if not exists(select * from sys.databases where name = 'Testing')
create database testing

What you can do is in case of asp.net use Application_start

and for windows create a key say ABC in app.config file with value as false
When your first form loads check value of ABC key, if its false execute the query and change ABC value to true;
