File Browse option is not working

My OS is Windows Server 2008 R2. I install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

But when I browes database file or browes Web form icon or browes Picture box image path then browse dialog box is not open. when I install VS 2010 set up file in Windows 7 then work properly.

what is the problem?

Please solve the problem.
