Get Last Date & time without using Database record.

make use of cookies,

Store Cookies in client m/c and update its value each time he login.

HttpCookie cookie = new HttpCookie("LastLoginDate");

cookie.Value = DateTime.Now.ToString("dd/MM/yyyy");

cookie.Expires = DateTime.MaxValue;

Response.SetCookie(cookie);

HttpCookie cookie = Request.Cookies["LastLoginDate"];

string[] Dateparts=cookie.Value.split("/");

DateTime LastValue=new DateTime(Dateparts[2],Dateparts[1],Dateparts[0]);
