How can i prevent duplication of a common loop in a solution?

Well, the usual way to avoid duplicating any kind of code in C# is to move it into a method and then call the method.

Whether that will be practical in the case of a loop depends on how many 'external' variables (i.e. variables declared outside the loop) it uses because the method will need to have access to these variables as well. This might mean passing them as parameters to the method and, if their values are changed, passing them by reference instead of by value so the changes will be persisted when the method returns.

So, basically, you have to use your judgement as to what is the best way to avoid duplication. Sometimes the best solution is to simply live with it because it would be too complex to do anything else.
