how can I track the username of the user who deleted or moved email from shared mail

Hi Guys, I came into situation something like this as mentioned below and need to program accordingly. There is one shared Inbox, on which different people work together. So how can I track the username of the user who deleted or moved email from shared mail. Can you please provide some link or idea, i tried finding in Google bit didn't get any useful material?

create log files or you can use database... make entry against every task performed and store the user-id performing the task. so it keeps the record of which user performed what task

Login are already already there, I need to track down using C#

i see it through a very simple perspective... generate multiple login details for one inbox.. and maintain all logs so that you can know what has been done by which user.
