How to create a .resx file for validation messages in MVC ?

For this first you need to create a project for Resource file and you can add all type of resource fie in it.

If you don't know how to create resouce file in side project then follow this link :-

After successfully create resource file you build the project and use that dll inside your project as reference, the to use the resource file you need to write bellow code :-

@Focus.Resources.FromDate

@Focus.Resources is my Namespace where my resource available and FormData is the Resource Name.

So after creating resource file it looks like bellow :-
