How to create custom tile overlay in google maps using c#

Hi Afzaal , thanks for your reply , but i don't have any proper code or sample of map , i only done with Grib Reading for pressure ,but now don't know how to plot pressure data on map in form of isobars .

Some sites gave us Tiles for used as a tile overlays , but some other suggests to use polylines of google maps , so stuck here in finding the proper way .

I just used the tile overlay method and requesting tile from http://weather.openportguide.de/index.php/en/ and its working fine .so thought of creating our own tile . But still don't know how and where to start.

The Google map is basically HTML based service, and they draw the objects on canvas and the key to this feature is z-index. Basically, z-index is a property of aligning the objects over other.
