how to draw pixel by pixel from buffer

The problem is the buffer tends to draw 8 pixels in the x direction and 6 pixels in the y direction to form so called mosaic. Sure the is no other information the color of that mosaic will be arbitrary chosen by me which will be one color for the foreground and another color in the background. I.e. say the 1 digit will represent foreground and the 0 digit will be for the background.

I succeeded to program it in pyQt. But I need to do it in C sharp. 

The buffer contains only binary data. Correct!

 

Sad thing is that buffers don't have information whether the size is 8x6 or 6x8. You must have some other information there, which would be used to render the graphics. Also, you don't have to work with every pixel. .NET framework and other frameworks (WPF or Windows Forms) abstract out the underlying environment. You are not allowed to trigger commands on each pixel.

 

You simply pass the values  to the Graphics object to create the Bitmap object. Which in turns  draws the graphics on the screen (if you run the code to).
