Here i am indicate the title name in chrome browser (not only chrome) using java script or C#

Because, in these cases you are required to know how a browser would allow these things. Every browser would have a separate method for storing the history and for exposing the history. For example, just in Google Chrome, you can use the following to get the history object of the Google Chrome browser:
```
var history = chrome.history;
// Use the history and get the values
```
This won't work in other browsers, such as IE or Firefox. That is why, I said that you need to understand the browser's features and API beforehand.

For more on just Google Chrome, read: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/history. Other browsers would have their own specification and implementation.

In that case you would need to read the browser's API, JavaScript doesn't support Window-to-window communication because the content is sandboxed in the browser.

There is one way of doing so, in that case you will be able to store the data in a localStorage, but again... This would give the title objects of the windows that you have access to, not all of them. For example, you cannot get the window titles of C# Corner or MSDN websites. They don't allow your JavaScript to be executed, it is unsafe.

Doesn't the following work?
```
var name = window.name;
// Use the name variable
```
