how to get permission to access friendlist of facebook user who have login from my website ..

i need permissiom of taggable_friends , i have submit request from my facebook deveoper account but, many no. of times permission is denied if any developer have idea about that then please help me./.......

Chances are that they are already sharing the details as to why your request is being declined. Can you share the details and information about your rejection?
