How to share a .skin theme file between themes in ASP.NET

I'm not sure it can be done.  In any case, I wouldn't share.  I would copy the .skin file into each theme.  Then you don't have to worry when someone wants to modify the .skin slightly in one theme.  Maybe right now you're happy with the same .skin for every theme, but eventually someone will want to make changes for one theme only.
