Hi Friends, while installing SQL Server 2014 on my local machine it gets hold and waiting for a long time at the installation stage.

I have given link of the screenshot below.

kindly provide a solution to it.

yes i did,
I am using win7 64 bit.

please make sure you are installing correct installation based on CPU i.e. 32 bit or 4 bit.

right click on my computer and check system type. does it show 32 bit or 64 bit ?

you have to install accordingly.
