Hi Kothiya, There are lots of programming language's you can learn and earn good money. My suggestion is that whatever you do it should be done with deep study and you have good command over that language.If you are expertise in your technical area then nobody can stop you to earn money.

i think JAVA is the best... but for entering in corporate sector PHP is very good...

There's a recent survey here where Java comes out marginally on top: http://www.itcareerfinder.com/brain-food/blog/entry/top-programming-languages-in-demand-2013.html However, as there's not a lot of difference between the popular languages, my advice would be to specialize in the language which you feel most comfortable with provided there are reasonable opportunities available in the area where you live.
