If you are interested in DMBS quering, that is getting data for various reports etc.

If you ar egood at writing logical joins, applying set theory to get data then you can go for Data analytics, learn R and you can become Data scientist, Analyst.

Which is widely accepted career option in near future.

If you interested in managing and adminstration of data bases the you can go for DBA track.

If you are interested on MS SQL server then go through the below certifications

70-464: Developing Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases

70-462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases

After your completion of this certification you could seek in DBMS sector as a DBA.
