i have question Asp.net Mvc on click on button send email

ASP.NET uses the same code as other .NET applications may use to send the emails using SMTP protocol. The code is just a snippet, where you add a bunch of variables that actually create up the entire program that sends the email. For example, the following code (taken from my article below):

client.Credentials=newNetworkCredential("","");

You can fill in the variables, and then use this code to send the email to the address in that box. You can get the email address like,

stringrecipient=textBox1.Text;

Then simply pass this as a parameter to your function. This would require the following:

A working SMTP account; Gmail would do.
SSL connection.
Subject and body of the email.
List of recipients.

Then your email will be sent to the recipients.
