ASP.NET uses the same code as other .NET applications may use to send the emails using SMTP protocol. The code is just a snippet, where you add a bunch of variables that actually create up the entire program that sends the email. You can get the email address like, string recipient=textBox1.Text; Then simply pass this as a parameter to your function. This would require the following: A working SMTP account; Gmail would do.
