Yes, it is better to include the domain you have worked on, mention the technology you have learned and the skillsets you have. Based on which it will be easy for the organization to select the candidate. If you don't mention maybe there is a chance that they will not be interested in you.

Hello Nowadays copany require a person who updated with latest technology As per my view resume is First Impression on employer . If you specified enough technology ,you have worked on so it will be easy for them to pick you and judge you on basis on resume It will reflect on their judgement , that much you are capable for the postion you are going to apply . I think it's important to mention a couple of words about the company you have worked in. Not only domain but also why the company you've worked with might be better than others. But at the end of the day if you're not applying to the position in some rare domain in 95% cases you'll be judged by technological competence
