Is it possible to use other scripting library with JQuery li

In simple words: Yes, you can easily do that and every one does that.

Yes, that is absolutely possible and most of the developers already do that. jQuery is just a single library that you add, other libraries can be easily added in a similar manner. By following two methods,

First method involves that you add a section of script and then execute code from there, such as,

"/path/to/library.js">
// Code here...

Other ways are pretty much straight forward and have been used since the beginning of HTML, using link element,

"script" href="/path/to/library.js" />

Now these are not all of the methods, you can also use CDN based URLs instead of local files. jQuery also has other frameworks, such as jQuery UI, jQuery mobile and other features and tools that support autocomplete, datetime pickers etc.
