local File Transfer P rotocol(ftp), sent file to server FTP?

I have a local File Transfer P rotocol(ftp), i want to sent file to server FTP, if at the sending time if connection failed then the file not coming at destination point . I want that IF connection failed and again connection readdy then it will start at that point not first position.. how can i do? with example?
