MSMQ to SQL Server in faster way

Hi all,
i m reading values from MSMQ and put it in our database(SQL Server 2005). In MSMQ there are so many queues are there. so can u please suggest me the best way to inserting those message from MSMQ to my SQL Server 2005.

then I guess you are in a Catch-22. you want to insert faster, but you don't want to increase your sql connections. I don't know what other options you have. is this running on a standard PC or on a server?

Hi... thanx for your reply..
but if we used this one plenty of sql connection will open at that time.so i want to reduce the no of sql connections.

multi-threading would probably work.
