My question is that can we connect MySql Database with MVC Application ?

MVC is a framework designed to implement the principle of Separation of Concern (SoC). The very essence of that is it should not matter to one part what other part does.
Which in turn means, technically, you should even be able to use text files as your database.

Hi Zaid,

The first thing is to download MySQL provider for .NET. You can download it from Nuget package manager.

Below reference link, provide you step by step guidance to develop ASP.NET MVC application with MySQL as backend.
