NuGets are not responsible for creating new controllers and models. They simply install the packages to your project. Chances are that mostly NuGets do configure your application to demonstrate a basic representation of how your application would be when you will include this package. But it is not guaranteed.

So what you can do is... Create new controllers and models to use ASP.NET Identity. ;) Possibly you can find more resources on MSDN, ASP.NET website and Microsoft Virtual Academy. I have attached a few of the useful links for you to go and check.
