Need help in sql 2000 enterprise manager

Hello all,
I am not able to open Enterprise Manager from the menu. If i click on that folder nothing is happening,then i reinstalled sql 2000 but again the problem remain same but query analyzer working fine.Please somebody tell me suddenly what happened and how to open this Enterprise Manager of sql2000??
