Performance improvement for My C# application

Hello All,

I am working on ERP project in C# Desktop Application. I have been facing performance issues while saving..updating or deleting data. It takes a lot of time for execution. I want to improve performance of project. Please suggest what changes should I do in code level and sql server level. I am currently using SQL server 2014 and visual studio 2012.
