Please explain the difference in Mongodb program

  Accepted answer

  The previous answer is not exactly correct since it's '../mongodb' which looks in a parent directory (note two dots instead of one). The thing is that './mongodb' is relative path (in this case it searches in the current folder) and 'mongodb' is absolute path (it searches in node_modules)

  const mongodb = require('mongodb') will look for the modules in current directory (directory in which your this file is placed).

  const dbConnect = require('./mongodb') will look for modules in parent dicrectory of current directory
