I have tried everything still im getting run time exception failure sending mail and inner exception as {"Unable to connect to the remote server"} i ahve done the coding in web.conf also

Its mostly SMTP server connection problem.
Please check ip and port no configured for SMTP while sending email.
Please check your network connection, credential , client and port.

Also you can post more information to get specific error to get resolution.

Avoid using pls revert fast, make a genuine subject so that a person can find tgeir solution as you have.

Coming to your question, make sure you have typed the correct server name with port no.

As without looking at your config file a d snippet, it is hard to determine the exact issue
