React is generally preferred for .NET full stack due to its lightweight nature, flexibility, and better integration with REST APIs.
Angular offers a more opinionated, complete framework, which may suit larger enterprise apps needing a strict structure.
Choose React for faster development and custom architecture; Angular for standardized, out-of-the-box solutions.

For enterprise or large-scale apps, go with Angular (closer to .NET's structure). Full featured framework
For modern, fast, flexible apps or SPAs, go with React. Best for small and medium applications
