request access to login to a site or profile

i want to create a register and login but when someone registers they only send their user name email company name to me through a email after they clicked register

then on my side i provide them with the username and password to login to that account

I'm definitely not going to write all the code for you since there are too few details provided. But eventually the task is boiling down to accepting POST request on register endpoint. Then you generate login, password, hash that password. You store email, login and password hash (not the passwords itself!) in dedicated users table in you database and post login and password (not the password hash!) to the given email
