Resize windows application dynamically

U have to do it for every control manually my friend,
But using WPF i think there is a automatic way arround

by using that form is resizing.
but i want to resize controls of that form also

myForm.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(100, 100);

myForm.Size = new Size(300, myForm.Size.Height);

myForm.Width=200;
