I have created a setup file. this file is run and work systematic way but on other system this setup is installed but not properly work, appear instance error sql server

1. The server instance is up and running. If not go to services and start the instance.
2. If the instance is running then check if the authentication you are using has proper permissions.
If both of the above satisfies, then post the error clearly and let me know what you are trying to do exactly.
