Hello Everybody I have created a database in SQL server I want to this database have a username and password when I give this database to others they will not be able to read, write,and delete data in this database And ask them for login

Nitin is right he has the answer
but i'l like to know why you are doing this, i know that you can have users with no access to any DB, but they have other rights on other SQL server option, but my question is why not on the DB or shall i say why did you mention the DB name?

That's EXACTLY how it works in SQL Server by default. No body will be able to do anything unless you give them the access.

Two eays you can do it.

1. SQL authentication with SA logon -:
The sahre the login details ofr id "sa" configured in SQL server for database.
Generally while setup you can do that.

Then share server name/ip and sa username and pwd to users who wants to connect to database.

2. Windows authentication in SQL server:
Add windows loging IDs of those users to the database.
Share server name or ip address with them and ask to user their own login id and password.
