to change the permission of the folder in win7

to give full control to the folder of c drive in win7 by c# coading only
but one solution is you run as a admin
but any one user can give full control to folder by c# coading....

right click-->go to property-->sharing-->permission-->select/add user and provide the permission by checking or unchecking..

Right click on that folder goto properties.
Then select Security tab from top. now we will see the users and the permission details .
to change permission  select the user and click on edit. now change the permissions you want to give that user.
