total income and salary by specific date in winsform database

Question

hello guys 

I have a database for a gym and now I want ot calculate the whole income and employ is salary by a specified date  

 

this is my designto the calculation 

the (from is datetime picker) chooses  the first day and the (to datetimepicker) chooses the last day  and I want to calculate the income and emnploy salary between those specified dates  and show result in total textbox below all of them

 

the this month and this year textboxes tells how many income  by last month and last year 

so I have a column  in my database is table named sorts which will tell the price of the  joining  

 

so the calculation will minus the  salaries from the income before showing the income
