What's the license control strategy in C#?

Hello! I would like to know what's the licenses control strategy in C#? e.g. for VC++, the license can be controlled by a serial number or hardware key lock. But in C#, what's the strategy in license control? Please give me reply asap. Thanks! fm Softair
