Add LaTeX or MathML highlighter for highlighting mathematical formulas to the editor

I think it will be better while our editor has a mathematical highlighter.That's because these years we had added several sections such as Artificial Intelligence,Machine Learning,Data Mining,Q# and Cybersecurity.When we write an article to these sections,we may sometimes need to insert mathematical formulas to help explaining how an algorithm works.I think if we add mathematical highlighter,it will be more convenient for us when sometimes we really need.Also,we can easily create mathematical formulas that has a readable and beautiful syntax.That's my idea,hope to be accepted.
