Comments System in Forum

We need to have comment system in our forum section. Most of the question is not clear and we need to follow up with post owner to get more details via answer reply . Also, some of the answers also need more detail discussion which can be linked in comment section under that answer. This way, we can get quality content in our forum like stackoverflow.
