Easier selection of technologies while submitting articles or blogs

When we write any article or a blog, we need to select, for which technology or for which section we are writing our content. All those sections are currently shown in Checkboxes one below the other. If we could show it in a dropdown box then it would become much easier for people to search the right section. Currently according to my personal experience, I feel a bit uncomfortable because we have to check each and every row and column to get the correct section. If possible please take a look into this. Thank you!!!
