Goodies for Guru Of Month (Out of INDIA)

when a member become Guru of Month outside of India or win prize. why C-sharp corner don;t send these prizes to them like MVP awards. i saw many lose their motivation due to this issue. if a person become guru of month, regardless USB or anything his/her prize must be delivered to him/her. thanks
