Instead of this, the way I will suggest this idea will be something like this: Have a special discussion area where users can open threads and allow members, team members and moderator collaborate on common issues. C# Corner team may be busy, and asking them to come by and answer questions won't be a good idea. This is a community, let's help as a community. I would love to be active on the discussion forum to guide fellow members. :-)

  I like this idea. On forums, we can create a category just for this. and members can jump in. We need to build Moderators on forums to manage this.

On Forums. we have categories like Ask the Author and Website Features. Can we use those? Or change their names?
