Making Top Notch Forums Section

Following are couple suggestion to make top notch Forum: 1. After a question answer is approved, an authorize user can edit question title which will help to search in google. For instance, a user add question title as "Solve error". But it doesn't mean anything so an authorize user can edit the question title to make question more understandable. It will also help google crawling to search a problem. 2. Tagging in Question. Suppose a user asked a question which is related to windows application, oracle database. I have seen most most of authors gave solution as per web application based on SQL Server. Reason is it is not mentioned question. After adding an answer by author user will tell "I am using windows application with Oracle". If a user tag his question as "windows application", "oracle" then will save time of author as well user. 3. Now a days we are getting so unwanted/spam questions in Forums section. For instance "body building". It will be better if we will make Forum section as only for asking Technical Questions. Except that other question will be considered as "Spam".
