New article submission notification when submitted thru email

We can submit articles by email as per instructions mentioned on the article submission page. Only thing when we submit the article by email we did not get any notification that article has been submitted and pending for reviews etc. Although, we get a notification when article is approved. This will be good if we get a feature which notify while submitting articles by email.
