Notification about Forums Activity on profile page

When I go to "My Account", I know there are X number of messages and article comments on different articles/blogs I have posted to. it would be good to show similar stuff regarding Forums Activity as well Currently there is no way to know whether a question has been updated after I post an answer except checking the email. This delays the entire process of answering forums.
